Skydance Productions and Annapurna Pictures are coming together for another romp in THE TERMINATOR franchise.
Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier have been hired to pen the script for the fifth film in a franchise that refuses to die, just like the machines. Laeta has written ALEXANDER, PATHFINDER, SHUTTER ISLAND, and also some work for AVATAR and the TV series BIRDS OF PREY. Patrick Lussier’s pedigree is a little scarier, with MY BLOODY VALENTINE and DRIVE ANGRY, along with DRACULA 2000 on the resume, as well as a bunch of editing jobs in the horror realm.
